That sucks. Can't be worse than when I got a free bottle of KO ketchup in a glass bottle from a giveaway in the mail and it was cracked and there was ketchup all over the inside of the package! Thanks alot post office! Lol. But they did send me a replacement bottle and I noticed they packed it much better.
